I'm a BS/MS student at Georgia Tech studying computer science (machine learning specialization) with concentrations in intelligence and theory.

I'm currently involved in research with diffusion models and in the past, I've worked at Visa, ran the largest hackathon in the South, traveled to 16 countries in 16 weeks, helped with powered prosthetics work and taught intro CS.

In computer science, I've recently been interested in AI4Science and generative models, deep reinforcement learning, and dabbling in GPU programming. Outside of that, I'm slightly obsessed with aeropress coffee, college football, and tech twitter.

Now

Updated February 15, 2026 from Atlanta, GA

  • Attempting to discover new materials using ML
  • Trying to break unified diffusion models
  • Making the most of nonrev privileges on Delta (thanks Saharsh!)
  • Getting back into guitar because someone sold me theirs for cheap
  • Working through the Dune books + Denis Villeneuve's discography

Research

I am currently involved in research with Prof. Yongxin Chen and Haotian Xue at Georgia Tech, focusing on protecting images against adversarial image/video generation models.

Some current research interests include diffusion, multimodal models, and deep reinforcement learning.

Previously, I worked with the Exoskeleton and Prosthetic Intelligent Controls lab at Georgia Tech as an undergraduate researcher where I work on improving machine learning models and experimentation for powered knee prosthesis.

Projects

  • A minimal implementation of intrinsic curiosity for exploration using RL
  • An exploration into mechanistic interpretability for small protein language models
  • A complete regex engine from scratch using Thompson’s Construction Algorithm, implementing recursive descent parser for AST generation and NFA evaluator using epsilon-closure operations

Reading

My Goodreads is generally the source of truth on what I've been reading. I was stuck in a rut for a long time but having someone to talk to about what I'm reading, picking up more fiction, and starting the laziest book club at Georgia Tech all seemed to help.

Some books I recently enjoyed

  • Dune by Frank Herbert
  • A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini
  • Empire of Pain: The Secret History of the Sackler Dynasty by Patrick Radden Keefe

Slowly reading through

  • The Bhagwad Gita
  • Ficciones by Jorge Luis Borges
  • Gödel, Escher, Bach: an Eternal Golden Braid by Douglad Hofstadter
